They were speaking Romanian.Everything according to to the ad.

1. They forgot to bring the invoice to the bank - the money got returned - I had to make the payment twice (2 x bank fees). 2. They made several and repeated mistakes in the documents, I had to point them out. Only after 3 sets of documents everything was ok.
