I was only satisfied with the dealer's response time.
I did not like the behaviour of mister Florian. He was not polite and he did not explain anything when we were there. He is not professional at all. Towards customers he has no attitude. For example: when I aks him the second time when he will received a full payment in their bank account, he simply answered that it won't be faster if I aks him every five minutes. This is a proffesional attitude?! He simply does not know what a normal human communication is! And he also does not know that he must look in the eye when he speaks with the customer.
