Sehr kompetent, freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Auto wurde nach dem Kauf noch einmal komplett aufbereitet, durchgecheckt und ohne Aufforderung die Bremsen neu gemacht.
Auto wurde bei Kontaktaufnahme über Mobile von einem Verkäufer bereits als verkauft beschrieben und als Alternative wurde mir ein gleiches Modell als Neuwagen angeboten. Nachdem das Inserat eine Woche später immernoch Online war, habe ich noch einmal Kontakt aufgenommen und meine Ansprechpartnerin Frau [...] meinte, dass dies wohl eine Fehlinformation sei. Somit konnte ich das Fahrzeug doch noch besichtigen, probefahren und kaufen. Sie bemühte sich sehr, rief sofort zurück wenn es Fragen gab und war sehr kompetent.
