even though we were customers from another country, they took their time to answer every question , they answered us quickly, very good attitude and they waited for us to prepare the documents for the car even though they had other requests. I am very happy!

Answer time respond was nice and professional.
All was well but I have asked what was the warranty..answer was that the car has new vehicle warranty...how long is that? 2 years? Is there an option to buy longer warranty?Because of 5y warranty I will buy Audi probably...even BMW partner gave me instantly an option to upgrade warranty for 420d (2021) for less then 1000 EUR..this is not a critic, probably guys are getting too many e-mails per day...I repeat, this is not a criticism but I got a lot more informations in the other places.
