Ich war mir mit dem Verkäufer einig über den Verkaufspreis und habe per E-Mail schriftlich bestätigt, dass ich das Fahrzeug haben möchte und um Zusendung des Kaufvertrags gebeten. Inseriert war der Q7 für 59.000, vereinbart haben wir einvernehmlich 55.200 (schriftlich vom Verkäufer angeboten). Ein paar Tage später gab es vermutlich ein besseres Angebot für dieses Fahrzeug und plötzlich sagte der Verkaufsleiter mir, dass er das Fahrzeug zu diesem Preis nicht mehr anbieten könne. So etwas geht gar nicht und hat eigentlich nicht einmal 1 Stern verdient, aber mit 0 Sternen kann man nicht bewerten.
