Schnelle Antworten, sehr freundlich, seriös, Mehrfache Hilfe bei Fragen oder Antragformular (Bafa-E-Auto-Förderung), gezielte Hinweise.

Leider hat es bei meiner Handy-Software-Anbindung nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert. Kann am Handy oder an der Installation liegen. Leider kann die Software nicht vorher daheim eingerichtet werten. Muss mit dem Auto verbunden werden und dann kann man nicht so einfach 1,4GB downloaden. Ist aber ein VW Problem - Verkäufter hat sehr viel Mühe und Zeit investiert.
