Die Mitarbeiter im Autohaus waren sehr zuvorkommend, kompetent und freundlich. Das Fahrzeug wurde mir in bestem Zustand übergeben. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ein Neufahrzeug gekauft zu haben. Gerne werde ich meinen Mercedes zum Service zu Hartmann bringen.

The visit at the dealer was just fine, nice dealer with a comfort feeling! Visited some other German big dealers, my experience is not positive not much of a customer approach!
Some confusison about the car. At first it was reserved secondly when I called (two days later) because the car was all of sudden lowered in price..... the car was available again...
