Beim ersten Kontakt schnelle Rückmeldung per E-Mail und Telefon.
Nachdem klar war, welches Auto in Zahlung gegeben werden soll, wurde man nicht mehr zurückgerufen. Dabei wäre eine klare Absage von Seiten des Autohauses kein Problem gewesen. Nur sagen muss man es eben.
