Accessories listing was accurate.

Car was advertised as" top condition" almost like new. It was supposed to have a good condition set of wintertires. Tre truth was as followed: wintertires were all worn out, rear tyres in illegal condition, one of them was even flat! There were damages in rear boot upholstery, there was no mention about that/no pictures. Paint was supposed to be immaculate, seller didnt mention of a long scratch in front fender. Car was supposed to have a full service history by bmw, last service was overdue by 6000km and cost me over 600eur, so it did not have a full service history! I really cannot recommend this seller, car was not obviously as described and seller had given false information regarding condition of the car to improve selling. When buying the car and finding out the prementioned faults, seller was even not interested in lowering the price by no more than 400e with a struggle. With all these defects, 1000e drop on price would not have been anything but reasonable.
