Obwohl ich keine Probefahrt im Vorfeld angefragt hatte, wurde mir sofort die Möglichkeit eingeräumt, das Fahrzeug zu testen. Trotz eines weiteren anstehenden Termins des Verkäufers wurde ausreichend Zeit für meine Fragen und Anliegen aufgebracht. Letztlich war dies ein wesentlicher Faktor, der mich dazu bewogen hat, das Fahrzeug zu erwerben. Worst experience in 20 years of business! I have worked with German companies but I have never been treated as badly as I am with Procar Automobile GmbH Lüdinghausen. Before completing the purchase of the car I contacted the seller to be sure how to proceed. I sent the documents first to see if everything was ok, then warning them not to make the trip for nothing. After receiving confirmation by phone I went to the store! Everything was fine until tomorrow when I got a phone call and they told me that the sale couldn't be done. I go to the shop to get more info because it couldn't be done: the answer is simple, it just can't be done! The sale had to be all in order, payment immediately via the bank Conclusion: After the economic and moral damage they caused me, 10 days have passed and I still have not had an explanation or an apology from Procar Automobile GmbH Lüdinghausen. I don't know if it's a company policy or if it's for of the incompetent staff! Thank you!

Antworten auf Nachfragen, Flexibilität bei Bezahlungsprozess, ich wurde sogar zum Bahnhof gefahren.
