I have bought the car without checking it out beforehand. It has been delivered to Lithuania and I have noticed suspicious sounds from engine and the oil level was below low. Apparently oil hasn't been changed for a long time. Engine performance is bad. Brake pads are totally worn. There is metal to metal contact while breaking. The tear in the seat was barely visible in photos. There is a huge hole. Seller was not eager to communicate or advice.
