Mr. Ralph Schunn and his colleagues are outstanding professionals. My first attempt of contact was while they were closed (difference of time) and to my surprise i got a call next morning from them due to missed-call identification. How pleasant surprise was that. We had a fast deal, clarifications of all details, which were numerous, as i was buying from abroad and online, a true concern in these kind of amounts for a first-time buyer. Moreover,I had even some accesories added to the car at reasonable prices. After 3 weeks, i visited their offices - an easy ride of metro-switch to train-from Munich Airport -, and got the car i was promised with even 500km less (out of 3500km). Fast procedures to the nearby Zoll-office and i was soon on my way with my new car. Someone could only warmly recommend Mr.Schunn and his team. 2 giant thumbs up!!!
