Dealer shows a video of the outside but also underside of the car. Very good way of presenting although the video quality and lighting was less impressive.

Contacted this dealer 3 times before getting a response on an exclusive Porsche that had been for sale for quite some time. The third time I have called as well. These cars come with many options so it needed an E-mail with a number of questions - too many I guess. Difficult as dealers also don't like to receive many mails with short questions. Received the video's after a reminder phone call and wanted to proceed. Wrote and e-mail to confirm a visit to the dealer. Heard nothing so followed up with a short e-mail again. Then got a mail that the car was offered for export as oil leakages were found at the transferbox & engine sump, whilst the video said the car was completely dry?? I wanted to export and was still interested - so wrote yet another e-mail. But no answer. Have now decided to buy another from a responsive seller. I had read multiple e-mails about Autohaus Arnold which made me somewhat suspicious, but decided to follow through. Now I have similar experience.

Leider musste ich nach Abschluss des Kaufvertrages noch einige Zeit bis zur Abholung warten. Lag aber nicht am Händler, sondern an der Leasing, die den Fahrzeugbrief noch nicht weitergegeben hatte. Daher uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
