Gut gefallen hat mir die freundliche Beratung und Atmosphäre. Weiterhin hat alles so geklappt, wie es abgesprochen wurde.
Die Angaben zum Fahrzeug entsprachen nicht zu 100% der Realität. Es ist zwar lapidar gewesen, trotzdem sollten die Angaben zum Fahrzeug schon stimmen.

Es wurden nur Beispiel Finanzierungen angeboten kein Konkretes Angebot erstellt über mehrere Tage. Vorbereitung für Finanzierungsanfrage nur schleppend. Finanzierungsanfrage Schluss endlich gar nicht gestellt - in der Zwichenzeit hatte man bei einem andern Hause von VW 3 Autos angefragt und Finanzierungsfertig eingetütet - da war der Mitarbeiter dieses AH immer noch mit Fragen beschäftigt !? Antworten per Mail nur schleppend / absolut nicht zeitgemäß. Die Geschwindigkeit und der Verkaufswille fragwürdig - man hatte das Gefühl als wolle man das Auto gar nicht verkaufen … Extrem Verbesserungswürdig.
