Auf erste Kontaktanfrage über mobile.de wurde nciht reagiert. Erst erneute telefonische Intiative zeigte Erfolg. Neutral: Beratung coronabedingt eingeschränkt. Verkäufer hat, nach eigener Aussage, selbst nie im Auto gesessen. Fahrzeug hatte eklatante Geruchsprobleme - es stank. Eine Zumutung.
