After we negotiated to buy the car, I was asked to send my personal data for the contract and i did it. Just few hours later, I was informed, that another client has bought the car. I was assured, that they expect a similar car to the car we negotiated, and I was told that as soon as they have the car, they will offer it to me. Yesterday I reminded Mr. Sakarelis and he offered me the new car for the price of 44990 Euro. I was surprised to see that the new offer had the same vehicle Number (Fahrzeugnummer K7C37046_76) , the same registration date, the same mileage and the same photos, as the one they told me was already sold. What i assumed after i saw this, was that that car we negotiated to buy, was not sold to another client and was advertised with a higher price again. After contacting Mr. Sakarelis, later, the "Fahrzeugnummer" was removed from the advertisement, but not replaced with the new one and the new offer that was advertised as brand new had the same registr. date.
