Schnelle Antwort und Terminzusage 👍

Bevor mein Termin zu Stande kam wurde das Auto an einem Kunden verkauft, der sich später für das Auto gemeldet hatte. Mir wurde die Möglichkeit das Auto zu kaufen trotz fest zugesagten Termin genommen. Ich empfinde das als eine Unverschämtheit Kunden so zu behandeln 👎
