A quick response time to any questions.
The owner was very helpful and responsive, answered all my questions on whatsapp, took a few more pictures and also a short video with the engine running. He provided details on the car history, service checks and repairs, super helpful information in order to decide to buy it or not. In the end I've bought an old Mercedes from them without going to see it upfront and the car condition was true to what I have discussed with the dealership, no major surprises when seeing the car in person after it was delivered. The owner was very kind and honest. Great customer service !!!
