Die telefonische Kommunikation mit dem Händler hat mir gut gefallen. Das angefragte Fahrzeug wurde leider kurz nach meiner Anfrage verkauft, es sind mir aber zwei gleichwertige Angebote gemacht worden. Dennoch kam kein Kauf zustande, weil ich mich für ein anderes Fahrzeug bei einem anderen Anbieter entschieden habe, weil dessen Angebot noch besser zu mir passte.
Die Kommunikation per Mail hat mir bei diesem Händler nicht gefallen, weil von mir gesendete Mail nicht beim Empfänger ankamen und habe immer die Mitteilung erhalten, dass die Mail nicht gesendet werden konnte. Der Verkäufer teilte mir beim zweiten Telefonat mit, dass es wahrscheinlich an deren Mailprogramm liegt.
