Recht kleiner, kundennaher Betrieb, in dem man es nicht scheut, mit jedem Mitarbeiter, der einem über den Weg läuft, 2/3 nette Worte auszutauschen. Gemachte Zusagen werden eingehalten und man kann Tacheles reden.
Wenig. Der Verkäufer hätte über ein paar Details das o.g. Fahrzeug betreffend besser informiert sein können, z.B. wird mir etwas über Reifendichtmittel berichtet, obwohl der Wagen glücklicherweise doch ein Reserverad hat. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.
