Very important to write the chassis number for any truck because different between chassis number and registration date in some country
They were very helpful until we paid the truck
After starting to drive home in the first 2kms it turned out the gearbox is making noises when shifting gears. We turned back immediately, wanted to ask our money back but they declined it. We wanted them to repair the truck but they declined it. They gave back 3% of the buying price as a discount, but it will not cover the repair fees. EVERYONE BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY BUY FROM ENGEL & ENGEL, IF YOU BUY SOMETHING WRONG THEY WONT HELP YOU!
