Präzise, freundlich und mit sehr kurzer Reaktionszeit. Zudem Abholung am Bahnhof und Fahrzeugübergabe, obwohl es schon außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten war. Mehr geht nicht. Zudem sehr vertrauenswürdig!!

Antwortzeit der ersten beiden Mails ok.
Ich empfand den Kontakt als gelinde gesagt weder zielführend noch freundlich, ohne wirkliches Eingehen auf meine E-Mails, keine Antwort auf die letzte Mail - sowas habe ich persönlich als BMW-Kunde seit 2004 noch nie erlebt und so etwas sollte es bei einem BMW-Vertragshändler auch nicht geben - es schadet schlichtweg dem Image der Marke BMW!
