Das Fahrzeug wurde im Kundenauftrag verkauft. Klare Kommunikation dazu seitens des Händlers. Besichtigung und Probefahrt kurzfristig vereinbart und wahrgenommen. Verkaufsauftrag lag vor, Fahrzeug in Zustand und Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Der Verkäufer Hr. Gehres war sehr umgänglich, offen und kommunikativ und ließ kein Zweifel an der Transparenz und Richtigkeit. Ich habe proaktive Hilfe bekommen, die insbesondere den Prozess der Fahrzeugzulassung sehr beschleunigt hat.

falsche Telefonnummer in der Anzeige / keine Antwort auf Email / spricht nur gebrochen deutsch / beim Clio wurde massive am Tachostand geschummelt, HU Berichte, Wartungsunterlagen, Wartungsaufkleber am Auto spiegeln alle unterschiedliche Kilometerstände wieder / Fahrzeugzustand auch nicht 100% wie in der Anzeige beschrieben

Da alle Automarken geführt werden, müssen spezielle Fragen zur Bordelktronik später geklärt werden. Ist aber kein Problem.
