Telefonisch kommt man immer in die Warteschleife bis man rausfällt. E-Mails... erste wurde gar nicht beantwortet. Die zweite E-Mail nach Beschwerde dann auch nur knapp. Hat dadurch mein Vertrauen nicht mehr gewinnen können.

Unser Ansprechpartner / Verkäufer war sehr bemüht.
Trotz einem intensiven Verkaufsgesprächs in dem doch beide Parteien sich einig wurden, sowie einen unterschrieben Kaufvertrag und der damit verbunden Vorfreude auf ein schönes Wohnmobil wurde das Fahrzeug ca. 3 Stunden später an andere Kunden verkauft! Bei einen Geschäft wo es um 100.000 € geht, fühlten wir uns sehr verarscht! Eine Alternative wurde uns auch auch nicht angeboten. Unser Verkäufer Herr Beckert tat uns schon etwas leid, aber er hatte wohl nicht das letzte Wort. Haben nun woanders gekauft (es geht immer besser).
