Da eine Terminänderung meinerseits zu einer Besichtigung via Whats app vom Händler nicht beachtet und akzeptiert wurde, wurde mir am Telefon mitgeteilt "Sie bekommen das Auto nicht mehr, selbst wenn Sie es kaufen wollten" und dann wurde aufgelegt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist etwas anderes.
