Very friendly and open to answer all my questions. And very professional at the same time, providing precise and valid information.

Sometimes I couldn't get an answer fast enough (e.g. less than a few hours) through the latest steps of the process, but I think that's normal given the fact that I was not the only client they had to deal with at that time.
