Nachdem mir ein Angebot gemacht wurde, dass ich auch per Email sofort bestätigt habe, und bereits die Abholung geplant habe, wurde mir 3 Tage später mitgeteilt, dass das Auto an jemand anderes verkauft wurde. Soweit ich mich mit deutschem Recht auskenne nennt man das Vertragsbruch. Auf jeden Fall sehr unseriös.
