Mit der Entwicklung des Manxter 2+2 suchte Bruce Meyers nach einer aktualisierten Version des Mythos. Die Sensationen und der Stil des CLASSIC MANX … aber geteilt von 4! Was er bekam, war so viel mehr als das. Bruce schuf den wahren „Bugguista“-Geist.

Als Schöpfer des originalen Fiberglas-Dune-Buggy-Kits hat Meyers Manx eine lange Geschichte hervorragender Leistung sowohl auf der Straße als auch im Gelände. Der Manxter war Bruce Meyers 2+2-Update des rennsiegreichen Meyers Manx, dem beliebtesten Kit-Car der Geschichte. Mit 14,5 Zoll Länger als der klassische Buggy bietet der Manxter Platz für vier Personen.

Unser Auto
Ein einzigartiges Exemplar in unserer Sammlung! Basierend auf einem Volkswagen Käfer von 1972 bauen wir diesen Meyers Manxter 2+2. 2018 wurde ein ähnliches Auto von Sotheby’s versteigert und ist jetzt in Tokio ausgestellt. Unser Manxter ist fast identisch aufgebaut mit einem Auge für klassische Details. Der originale, 1972 in Frankreich ausgelieferte Buggy, der komplett restauriert und umgebaut wurde. Mit einem einzigartigen Chassis und einem fantastischen Motor. Wir sind sehr stolz, dieses Unikat in unserer Sammlung zu haben.

With the development of Manxter 2+2, Bruce Meyers was looking for an updated version of the myth. The sensations and style of the CLASSIC MANX … but shared by 4! What he got was so much more than that. Bruce created the true “bugguista” spirit.

As creator of the original fiberglass Dune Buggy kit, Meyers Manx has a long history of excellence in both on and off-road performance. The Manxter was Bruce Meyers 2+2 update of the race winning Meyers Manx, the most popular kit-car in history. At 14.5 inches longer than the classic buggy, the Manxter offers seating for four.

A Unique example in our collection! Based on a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle we are building this Meyers Manxter 2+2. In 2018, a simular car was auctioned by Sotheby’s and it is now on display in Tokyo. Our Manxter is almost identically constructed with an eye for classic detail. The original 1972 French delivered buggy that has been completely restored and rebuilt. With a unique chassis and an amazing engine. We are very proud that we have this one-of-a-kind in our collection.
