The service is not satisfactory, There were not all relevant infos mentioned, I payed for full Battery and some "Package"- but the Battery was not full, was only round 50%, which was not said, I had to ask why is it so. The "excuse" was the a "collegue" did shut down power.... The full battery charge takes round 4-5hours. Pickp was after noon and there was no effort to at least charge the battery as much as possible. "Hoping" customer does not notices ?!
