The Maserati MC20 (Maserati Corse 2020) - The beginning of a new era for Maserati.
With the MC20, Maserati returns to a segment in which it has always played a prominent role, that of super sports cars. The MC20 combines luxury and performance with the unique Maserati style and it is a car with a certain aerodynamic efficiency.
The MC20 is equipped with a completely new engine; the Nettuno. The technology of this engine is derived from Formula 1. The 3.0-liter 6-cylinder twin-turbo has a V90° architecture and is equipped with a dry sump system. The engine delivers an output of 630 hp at 7,500 rpm and 730 Nm of torque from 3,000 rpm with a specific power output of 210 hp/litre.
The Maserati MC20 is the first Maserati with carbon fiber monocoque and gull-wing doors. The exceptionally low weight of 1500KG makes the MC20 the best in the segment in terms of power-to-weight ratio, which is 2.33 kg/hp for this model.
This MC20 is painted in the unique Metallic Paint 'Grigio Mistero' in combination with the black roof (Protective PPF foil) and the 'Birdcage Glossy Dark Miron Wheels' with red brake calipers. The Maserati is also equipped with the lift and the paintwork is protected with ppf.
The interior of the MC20 is at a level that only Maserati is capable of. Black leather and alcantara alternate and are combined with red stitching. Both the steering wheel, cluster hood and center console are made of Carbon Fiber. The well-known stitched 'Tridente' is visible in the headrest of the heated seats.
