Sanissima .Questa versione, prodotta in 1307 esemplari nel solo colore grigio chiaro metallizzato, si distingue dalla normale 2.0 per i doppi proiettori circolari, i cristalli bruniti, i cerchi in lega leggera, la sottile fascia antiurto alle fiancate ed i paraurti ad assorbimento di energia. Come la versione per gli USA, è dotata di impianto di iniezione meccanicaSPICA (con cut-off tarato a 1300 giri/min); l'unica differenza sta nell'assenza del catalizzatore (presente invece nella Sports Sedan), per cui la sua potenza massima è ora di 125 CV a 5300 giri/min (sempre secondo norme DGM).
