Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Verkäufer ( Hr. Ajdin Husic ) Abwicklung hat per Telefonat und Mail stattgefunden. Hatte sofort ein sehr gutes Gefühl und volles Vertrauen in das Autohaus und Hr. Husic gegenüber. Fahrzeug wurde wie vereinbart aufbereitet und durchgecheckt und wurde mit neuem Tüv übergeben. Würde jederzeit nochmals dort ein Fahrzeug kaufen und kanns auch jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

All the documents were ready in a short time but with extra cost.
Because I bought the car without VAT, I made a transfer of 1000€ before buying, as a deposit (I paid extra 25 euro for the transaction) I received back 982€. After calling the Autohaus, I was told that 12€ missing euro were spent on the transaction, he started yelling on the phone and told me not to call on that number again. I got pissed not because of that 12 euro but because of the attitude he (whoever I talked to) had. If the agreement at the beginning was 1k euro, then 1k euro has to be sent back without transaction fees.
