Herr Grund ist ein äußerst freundlicher und v.a. zuverlässiger Händler. Ich hatte ein paar schlechte Erfahrungen im Vorfeld gemacht. Herr Grund hingegen rief sofort zurück, meldete sich bei Neuigkeiten wie abgesprochen, nahm sogar noch meinen alten Golf -wie ich fand- aehr großzügig in Zahlung. Der von ihm abgekaufte Wagen stand prima da, keinerlei Gründe für Beanstandungen. Rundum ein toller Händler!

Ich wohne vor den Toren Berlins, hab das Auto online entdeckt und sofort angerufen. Alle meine Fragen wurden kompetent und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Um so mehr freute ich mich, wie das Auto nach 7 Tagen geliefert wurde. Auch dieser Mitarbeiter war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein super Team. Das Auto ist Spitze!
