Freundliche telefonische Beratung
Trotz meines geäußerten starken Interesses und Besichtigungswunsch, wurden Informationen nicht übermittelt, versprochene Rückrufe sind ausgeblieben. Aussage des Verkaufs während des 2. Telefonats: „der Geschäftsführung ist aufgefallen, dass wir den Preis zu niedrig angesetzt haben, das Fhz kostet jetzt 2.500€ mehr“. Der gesamte Kontakt mit dem Autohaus war sehr unprofessionell, nicht zu empfehlen.

Optisch sehr ansprechendes Autohaus.
Die Abwicklung des Kaufes eines Renault Captur hätte besser organisiert sein können. Ich hatte als Kunde mehrmals den Eindruck, dass meine Interessen gegenüber den Händlerinteressen nachrangig sind.
