Super schnelle, nicht aufdringliche Abwicklung. Informationen kamen schnell und eindeutig.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, außer dass ich das Fahrzeug nicht bekommen habe, weil jemand beim eigentlichen Händler vor Ort schneller war ;).

Die Mitarbeiter von Mobile waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Fahrzeug wurde 400KM zu mir nach hause gefahren. Der Fahrer hatte eine Verspätung, hat sich aber nicht gemeldet. Auch ein Anruf bei Mobile brachte nichts. Der Mitarbeiter hat versucht den Fahrer anzurufen konnte ihn aber nicht erreichen. Das kann alles passieren aber vorab eine Info das die Anlieferung 5h Verspätung hat wäre schön gewesen.
