For us, since this is our first car in Germany, it was particularly important the fact that we were able to communicate promptly and clearly (also in English). All people from AutoHero were friendly and with a strong will to help us. I would highlight the fact that some minor scratches and marks were communicated in advance and there were no unexpected surprises. The delivery was fast and on time and the representative of the company explained everything.

Not something worth to be mentioned here!

Ich war nicht bei der Abholstelle des Betriebs. Wir einigten uns telefonisch, dass das von mir gekaufte Auto zu mir ans Haus geliefert werde.

Ich kann den Betrieb und dessen Behandlungen momentan nicht beurteilen. Denn die Kaufabwicklung ist am Do. (2. Sept.) zu Abendstunden abgeschlossen. Man schrieb mir zwar mit Zusage, dass sie sich nun für Liefertermin beschaeftigen würden.
