After mailing for a week, agreeing on a price (the asking price), I've sent all detail te get an invoice for the car. After 2 days of silence I have to call 2 times before I can get my contact on the phone just to hear that the car is sold to someone else. Make sure you get there with money on the table, otherwise you are not sure the car is yours untill you have the key in hand

Wie gewünscht wurde ich zur von mir angegebenen Zeit angerufen. Wir haben umgehend einen Termin ausgemacht und ich habe noch am gleichen Tag den Kauf meines super schönen neuen Autos klar gemacht. die Anmeldung ging schneller als erwartet und ich konnte den Wagen 2 Tage früher frisch poliert und !!vollgetankt!! In Empfang nehmen. Alles reibungslos verlaufen. Und der Kaffee war lecker!!

Vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kontakt über whatsApp/Mail war eher „sachlich-knackig“. Egal, ich liebe mein neues Auto :)
CustomerService ließ per WhatsAppAustausch auf sich warten. Etwas mehr Lösungsorientierung in Zeiten von Corona wäre durchaus wünschenswert gewesen. Durch eigenes Engagement hat es dann letztendlich aber doch alles funktioniert mit der Zulassung.
