Zwei Tage nach Übergabe des PkW´s trat ein Fehler an der Abgasreinigungsanlage auf. Auf meine telefonische Reklamation sagte der Händler ohne Diskussion die sofortige Behebung zu mit der Begründung, dass er als Händler in der Gewährleistungspflicht auch bei Gebrauchtfahrzeugen stehe. Die Reparatur wurde in. Die Reparatur wurde in einer Vertragswerkstatt ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt und der Rechnungsbeleg dem Käufer ausgehändigt! Ich wünsche mir, dass noch mehr Autohändler so vorbildlich korrekt wie Firma Yildiz arbeiten.

Offener, ehrlicher, zuvorkommender Händler. Er hat mir auf Anfrage alle Unterlagen zum Fahrzeug geschickt und hat alle noch ausstehenden Reparaturen durchgeführt.

What an amazing family pair that I have never seen before, I have been buying a few cars from Germany over the last years and from day 1 when I mailed about this car the replies were prompt and Profesional, nothing was too much, when I collected the car it was super clean, full warranted service history, more than enough fuel in it, not like a lot of other dealers that don't have enough fuel for even a test drive, the Father and son team are great to watch, no shouting, no raised voices, all calm and subdewed, super coffee, and when a man says if you not happy I take it back, these are valid points you just don't hear anymore and gives you confidance, I will pass their details to all my friends, they stand by their product and not once did they make out the car is absolutely perfect as a new car but it is above what I expected, thanks you Rob PS.
