Fahrzeug war wie beschrieben. Beratung und Verkaufsvorbereitungen durch den Hauptansprechpartner (Hr. Grimm) waren hervorragend. Bis dahin ging alles sehr schnell und unproblematisch.
Urlaubsvertretung(en) des Hauptansprechpartners einschließlich Fahrzeugübergabe und Beseitigung dabei festgestellter Mängel waren unterirdisch. Erst als der Hauptansprechpartner zurück aus dem Urlaub war, wurden die Themen angegangen und professionell abgewickelt. Im Großen und Ganzen waren Kauf, Fahrzeugentgegennahme und Mängelbeseitigung eine sehr durchwachsene Erfahrung. Großes Lob und Anerkennung an Herrn Grimm. Würden nur seinetwegen wieder bei Auto Hartmann ein Fahrzeug kaufen.
