Zeitnahe Beantwortung meiner Anfrage.
Als Kaufinteressent hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, genügend Wertschätzung zu erhalten. Wenn mir nach meiner Fragestellung nach einem Unfallschaden mitgeteilt wird, dass kein relevanter Schaden vorliegt, die Reparaturkosten aber über 8.000 Euro liegen und der Verkäufer dann noch erklärt, dass es sich um eine geringe Schadenssumme handelt und ich als Laie das nicht einordnen bzw. beurteilen kann, halte ich das nicht für überzeugend. Das Gespräch sollte locker wirken, von einem Autohaus für Premiumfahrzeuge erwarte ich allerdings eine andere Gesprächsführung. Gewünscht hatte ich auch eine Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail, was aber bedauerlicherweise ignoriert wurde.
