Schnelle Reaktion und Einsatz vom Verkaufsberater.
Orginal - Batterie des Gebrauchtfahrzeugs (6 Jahre alt) hätte schon ausgetauscht werden können, was dann im nachhinein durch mich initiiert wurde. Procar übernahm jedoch anstandslos die Rechnung.

Reibungsloser Ablauf, freundlicher Kundenberater. Fahrzeug war bei Abholung jedoch nicht komplett aufbereitet, wurde jedoch bei Anmerkung in wenigen Minuten behoben und Auto komplett poliert. Würde das Autohaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
