Wir sind äußerst unzufrieden mit dem Kauf eines Porsche Panamera vom Bensberg Auto Center. Die Diagnostik wurde sehr schlecht durchgeführt. Am nächsten Tag entdeckten wir viele Mängel: ein Fehler im Reifendrucksensor und schwerwiegende elektrische Probleme – wir haben diesen Defekt auf eigene Kosten behoben. Und das Wichtigste ist eine sehr große Menge Wasser in den Rücklichtern. Dies stellt eine Brandgefahr dar und ist inakzeptabel. Diese Informationen wurden beim Kauf des Autos ausgeblendet. Der Manager reagierte unmittelbar nach dem Kauf nicht mehr und kontaktierte uns auch nicht. Dabei handelt es sich um die Verheimlichung wichtiger Informationen über das Auto vor dem Kauf und einer Fehldiagnostik, wodurch Fahrzeugmängel verborgen werden. Unser Problem ist immer noch nicht gelöst.
