Sehr freundliche Bedienung, sehr kompetente und ehrliche Beratung; rasche Verkaufsabwicklung. Kurzum, ich war sehr zufrieden!

Ein sehr netter Händler , hat alles sehr gut erklärt .Hat auch noch mal telefonisch nachgefragt ,ob wir mit dem Reisemobil gut zu Hause angekommen sind .Und wir sollen uns melden ,wenn wir Fragen haben .

Das wir für unser altes Wohnmobil nicht ein bisschen mehr bekommen haben , das tut dann doch schon weh .

Der Händler war sehr freundlich .Er war sehr gut erreichbar und die Abwicklung der Kaufes war sehr unkompliziert. Und es gab leckeren Kaffee.

Hatte 3 Fahrzeuge angefragt. Rückantwort bei den Fahrzeugen: Fahrzeuge seien gerade verkauft worden. Die Fahrzeuge sind auch nach über 4 Wochen noch im Händlerprofil vorhanden! Da hatte wohl jemand kein Interesse an einer Besichtigung. Sehr merkwürdig! Alles in allem wirkte das Verkhalten und die Antworten mehr als unseriös. Ich würde bei diesem Händler kein Fahrzeug kaufen! Ich kann nach der Erfahrung nur abraten. Wir haben mittlerweile noch etwas mehr ausgegeben und bei einem anderen Händler ein Fahrzeug gekauft!

Einfach guter Service

First asked some questions by email, no response. Then by phone, and that was OK. Made an appointment for this campervan. Arrived 50 min. earlier because of low traffic on highway. Salesman was not pleased and said I was too early and another person (handler) was coming for this campervan. I had to drive 2,5 hours and asked him on the telephone if the Hymercar was still available. He said it was, but if I did not arrive too early it could have been sold in the meantime. He said I should not worry, I could buy it right now if I wanted... I did not buy it, because this is not the way it should work. Buyers should be taken serious and the car should have been reserved for me. I cannot trust a dealer how puts pressure on buyers to buy it instantly. Also, the campervan was not as good as one should expect with this mileage. Clothing on front seats had worn out, wheel arches were poorly painted after repairs and there were holes in the roof (aufstelldach).
