I like the professionalism of the owner, Frau Miriam who got involved at a certain time in the deal.....
If it were to buy thorugh the sales persons who are in charge, it would not had happen. Total lack of interests of the customer needs. No flexibility regarding visiting hours. Underestimation of the customer without evaluating the buying intentions.
