This dealer sells cars that are repaired by them, in very bad condition, cars that were heavily damaged and on top of that commits tax fraud by declaring a lower value in the bill. My car was 16.000 euro and he only made me a bill for 10.000 euro and made me withdraw 6000 euro from the ATM which he took in cash. I have bank statements to confirm this, and the VIN number of the car is WDB9066371P283424 if you can report him to the police.
