During the purchase of the vehicle we got into a very non-standard situation and the dealer was incredibly willing to help us resolve this problem. The was a problem when we were about to export our bought LKW and the dealer resolved the issue immediately. While he was professional all the time he was also friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. After this experience with him we dont think that anyone can give better customer service that him, we were completely blown away with his ability to solve problems. He is the best man for the job.
