In the first email he did want to answer, he thought that I am not from Europe, I don’t know how?? The correct way is to answer my question which was (is the car new or used) then he can say , do you want the car for Europe or not? Anyway in the 2nd email when he knew that I from Europe he answered.

Die Auskunft war: "Das Fahrzeug gehört als Bestandsfahrzeug zum Hause (= MB-Niederlassung Dortmund). Es steht nicht zum Verkauf." Wie bitte? Weshalb wird es dann bei Mobile eingestellt? Offenbar ist das ein Versuch, eine hausinterne Statistik zu fälschen.
