The person in charge was polite and answered the email, but the answer was not satisfactory
The dealer said that the car was not available to sell for export. I have NOT requested a VAT refund of any sort. There was no place in the add specified that the car was not available for export. It is unprofessional, unethical and against EU regulations to have an item on sale and when the client comes and does not even try to negoiate, you say that he cannot have the item requested
