- very fast reaction, 7 days a week - honest - subscription of the car is correct, compared to reality - specialised in BMW exclusive cars, so has specific knowledge - has a good contact with a local BMW technician (who is also a N‘BMW-lover’) in The Hague, who fixes most of the problems with the car (if there are problems)
I cannot tell anything about this yet. I have bought the car without Bovag-guarantee (because that was not possible with ARP), but including his ‘own guarantee’ for a 3 months-period on some parts (among this: motor, gearbox). But, in my negotiations I have stated that all the functions/options etc. must work properly, regarding the purchase-price and the given subscription of a A1-condition BMW M5 E39. On the dat that I picked up the car, to drive home, I experienced a problem with the electrical adjustment of the sport seats. Mr. Arp has confirmed that he will fix it on his costs by his specialist. This will happen in August 2019. At the moment of the purchase, I was told that there was no new and recent cd-package available with BMW. I am still waiting for the delivery of the most recent navigationversion Europe for my car. I have the impression that company ARP does, what they promise. If not, of course I will let you know on this Internetseite!

Robin Arp von Auto Arp (5 Sterne!) ist ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Händler, klare Aussagen, schnelle Reaktionszeiten, sehr netter Empfang bei der Probefahrt - was soll ich mehr sagen, ich habe das Auto einfach gekauft! Er hat eine gute Spürnase für seltene Fahrzeuge und achtet auf eine sehr gute Historie und Dokumentation, hilft bei TÜV, deutschen Papieren und der Auslieferung - alles fertig, reinsetzen und losfahren! Besser geht es nicht!
