He takes time to respond to customer quarries. He sometimes never come back to questions from customer which requires some clarifications. Example: After collecting a car from this dealer/broker, two days later we observed the car battery was not good enough to start the car. The battery was already faulty. When giving him this feedback about this defective battery, he never respond and never come back for resolution. Also I asked him to advice me on a reliable shipping agent nearby him, he did not respond at all. That was bad indeed.
